By accessing GRVO, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of Services

• GRVO is a platform that connects users with moving companies.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
• You agree to provide accurate information when using the app.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your account and activities on GRVO.
• Do not use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Ratings and reviews must be honest and respectful.

4. Moving Companies

• GRVO acts as a marketplace and is not directly responsible for services provided by moving companies.
• Any disputes regarding moving services must be resolved directly with the moving company.

5. Payments

• Payments made through GRVO are subject to third-party payment provider terms.
• GRVO is not liable for payment processing errors caused by external providers.

6. Off-Platform Transactions and Communications

GRVO provides a platform that connects users with independent service providers. All bookings, payments, and communications related to services arranged through GRVO should be conducted exclusively within the GRVO application.

GRVO, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents expressly disclaim any and all liability for transactions, agreements, payments, or communications that occur outside of the GRVO platform, including but not limited to those conducted via telephone, text message, email, social media, third-party applications, or in person. Users who choose to transact or communicate off-platform do so at their own risk and acknowledge that:

1. GRVO has no ability to monitor, verify, or enforce any such transaction or communication;
2. Off-platform transactions are not covered by GRVO's payment protections, dispute resolution processes, guarantees, insurance, or any other platform-based safeguards; and
3. GRVO shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, fraud, dispute, or claim arising from or related to such off-platform activity.

By using the GRVO platform, you agree to release GRVO from any claims arising out of off-platform transactions or communications between users.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and branding are the property of GRVO and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

GRVO is not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the app or services provided by moving companies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GRVO means you accept the updated terms.

11. Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from GRVO (Move Smart App CO), you may receive:

• Customer care messages, such as demo confirmations, follow-up information, and appointment reminders.
• Marketing messages, such as promotional offers and product updates, only if you opt in to them separately.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
